- Start or step 1:
For complete treatment, place 150-200g of substrate in a container and add 200ml of ultrafiltered thalàxia seawater (peloid formation). Stir until a homogeneous – smooth paste is formed..
- Step 2:
Wait until the mixture is lukewarm and then apply to the area to be treated, spreading evenly.
- Step 3:
Wrap with a thermal sheet, osmotic film or wrapping paper and leave to act for 20-30 minutes.
In case you want to apply it on the face, the application time is between 10-20 minutes (for the first treatment on a patient, we measure the reactivity of the patient with only 5 minutes)
- Step 4:
Remove with a damp sponge or shower.
